The Owner does not publish personal data on its site, except for authors' biographical notes and pictures.

Applicable Law and Venue of Competent Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, the construction/interpretation and validity thereof and all the legal relationships between the user and the owner of the site are governed by Swiss material law. 
The parties elect the Courts of Lugano (Ticino, Switzerland) as the sole venue of competent jurisdiction in the event of controversies, actions, legal matters or proceedings, inclusive of temporary/precautionary orders, arising from or simply related to the use of the site. The Owner may file suit against the user even in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the venue of his office of record or residence.
